Refund & Cancellation

Background

UDGAM makes best efforts to provide services in professional manner while keeping in mind the needs and interests of service recipients. However, there may be situations where a recipient may be dissatisfied with the services and ask for a refund of the money paid to UDGAM. The conditions under which UDGAM may provide such refund and the terms and conditions associated with it are specified in this refund policy “Refund Policy”.

UDGAM will not under any “other circumstances” entertain any requests for refund.

Parties

The terms ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refer to you as a Registered User and the terms ‘UDGAM’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ refer to UDGAM Trust. Registered User means any person who has completed the registration process on WWW.UDGAMMENTALHEALTHCARE.COM. Comfort receiving services offered by UDGAM by payment of the requisite fees.

Applicability

You will be entitled to invoke this Refund Policy only as long as you are a Registered User. Your right to claim refund may arise in the event of the following types of defects or deficiencies on Our part:

  • Accounting error e.g. your account was charged for more than actual number of availed sessions;
  • Defect in services e.g. if you found the level of services received to be defective or unsatisfactory and company is able to validate your feedback post investigation;
  • If there is any dispute as to the existence of a defect or deficiency as mentioned above, the decision of UDGAM shall be final.

Any issue other than those specifically mentioned above, shall not be covered under this Refund Policy. If any deficiency in Service as reported by you is curable, UDGAM may instead of refunding the money for services, at its discretion choose to re-perform the services.

Refunds Process

You can submit a request for refund through your online account or call our customer care on +91-9811350476. The validity of the claim and your eligibility shall be determined once we receive the claim for refund through any of the above methods. Submission of requests through any other methods shall not be entertained. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to you the extent of refund and a tentative date by which you can claim it. We try to respond to any request for refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Generally we take about 30 days to process a refund; from the date a refund request is approved by us. Delay in crediting a refund may be due to various reasons such as time taken by the banking process for reflecting the refund in your account. Cancellation

A Consultant gives you their exclusive time and blocks it for you when you schedule an appointment with them. It is a disservice to their time and other clients who could have used that slot for their wellbeing when you don’t show up.

Our sessions can be pre-booked in advance and can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment.

Refund on cancellation

(a) If the session is cancelled more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled session, 10% of session cost plus transaction fee shall be charged.

(b) If the session is cancelled between forty eight hours and upto twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment, 50% (fifty) percent of session cost plus transaction fee shall be charged.

(c) If the session is cancelled within twenty-four (24) before the scheduled appointment, No refund shall be provided.

Rescheduling Charges

(a) If the session is rescheduled more than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled session, no rescheduling fee shall be charged.

(b) If the session is rescheduled between twenty-four (24) hours and upto twelve (12) hours before the scheduled appointment, 30% (fifty) percent of session cost plus transaction fee shall be charged.

(c) If the session is rescheduled within twelve (12) before the scheduled appointment, 50% (fifty) percent of session cost plus transaction fess shall be charged.

(d) Failing to turn up is chargeable amounting to non- refundable cancellation of the session. You will need to buy the sessions again in order to book the appointment.
