Ms. Dona Singh is a compassionate psychologist with 12+ years of experience. She has experience working in a hospital setting with in-patients and out-patients. She is a registered practitioner with a license from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). After completing her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida, she worked in various hospital setups, currently, she has been working at UDGAM- A Mental Health Care & Rehabilitation Centre, in Delhi for the last few years.

Dona Singh is proficient and certified in providing psychological therapies such as Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, Family Therapy, and Parent training.

She works with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities, other behavioral and emotional difficulties, anger issues, anxiety, psychosis, and depression.

Ms Malvika Parakh is an efficient, knowledgeable and up-to-date psychologist, she prefers using an eclectic approach while working with her clients and has training in different therapy modalities. She has experience working with different age groups and ethnicities.

Malvika Parakh is trained in grief therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, CBT, DBT, and more. She completed her master's from Christ University, Bangalore, and her M.Phil from Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP) Ranchi. Malvika has worked with Manans Foundation, with children who had a conflict with the law, and has worked for more than 5 years with hospitals and crisis centers. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree from Christ University.  She specializes in working with neurodevelopmental disorders, parent training, substance addiction, internet addiction, mental disorders, and more

Phil (Clinical Psychology) from the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi. She has worked for Manas Foundation, the Child Guidance Centre (CGC) at the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD), and has now joined UDGAM- A Mental Health Care & Rehabilitation Centre, in Delhi as a co-founder.

Anuja Sathe - Counselling Psychologist

Ms. Anuja Sathe is a Counselling Psychologist, and a practitioner under Udgam - A mental health care and rehabilitation center. With an interest in various demographics, Ms. Anuja has been working with different age groups, ethnicity, and genders, to promote mental health awareness and treatment. She has experience working with out-patients, conducting psychometric assessments, individual therapy sessions, and group therapies.

She is working with cases of  Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delay, slow learners, intellectual disabilities, etc. And adults with mental health issues/disorders like Stress, Depression, Anxiety, phobia, OCD, etc. She specializes in career counseling, relationship counseling, grief therapy, and more. 

She writes about sensitive issues, and information about different topics, sharing tips on how to manage a particular problem and connecting with the masses through social media.
