Work Experience: She has interned in hospitals like VIMHANS and IHBAS and institutions like Amar Jyoti Rehabilitation and Research Centre
She has written research papers on positive psychology, the role of resilience and forgiveness in relationships, quality of life for young adults and neurotic tendencies for middle-aged adults. Her research paper on technology-based cognitive behavioural therapy and its effectiveness in sessions was published in a journal by the Indian Association of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Ms Anuja is currently working on topics related to women and employee mental health.
